We currently deliver to locations across Ghana. If you are located outside our service area, please contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees:

Express delivery: 1-3 business days

Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for the following:
Defective or damaged items upon delivery.
Incorrect items received.
Items that remain unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Return Period:
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Clearance or sale items.
Items damaged due to improper use or handling.
Intimate apparel or personal items like swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Return Process:

Provide proof of purchase and photos of the item(s), if applicable.
Once approved, ship the item(s) back to our return address at your cost, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when initiating a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
